Biodegradable adhesive

Labelservice are pleased to offer a fully biodegradable and compostable adhesive. Fasson S9500 is a general purpose acrylic adhesive with good adhesion on a wide variety of substrates. It is has been specifically manufactured for applications where the complete packaging should be biodegradable, and where indirect or direct food contact with dry foodstuff is required (ie, fruit and vegetable labelling).

The adhesive is compliant with the European food regulation 1935/2004/EC for direct food contact, and also with DIN EN 13432 biodegradability and compostability regulation.  Additionally it is OK compost-certified under the tracking number S259.
