CleanFlake Recyclable PET

The CleanFlake label material has been specially manufactured to enable the recyclability of PET packaging such as bottles, trays and jars.

Strong, lightweight and highly versatile, PET plastic is used widely for consumer packaging. One of the traits of that makes it particularly valuable to brand owners is it’s potential for recyclability.

CleanFlake allows pressure sensitive materials to cleanly separate from PET containers during recycling, leaving no residue .  Available in white and clear options, the material separates cleanly from the PET flake during the recycling process, and it is certified by Institut Cyclos-HTP for PET recycling.  Both label materials have a density of of less than 1.0, and the clear film has already passed the European PET Bottle Platform (EPBP) recycling standard for PET containers with filmic self-adhesive labels.

Along with the acrylic water-based adhesive, these 100% recyclable labels offer brand owners have an immediate label replacement strategy that makes PET product packaging recyclable and safely reusable.
